This is a 22mm oval labret made from one of the rarest Guatemalan jadeite stones we have. The bottom photo sums up why this is nicknamed “sapphire jade.” The material exhibits a very unique blue-green color due to the presence of titanium. We are not currently taking requests for items from this material.
